The location is great. You are right on the Malecon (ocean front) just a few blocks away from the end of Prada St and a short walk away from the Capitol and Old Havana. There are 4 rooms for rent. Two are at the front of the building and have balconies that overlook the Malecon. .

    La posizione è ottima. Si trova proprio sul Malecon (fronte oceano) a pochi isolati di distanza dalla fine di Prada St e ad una breve distanza a piedi dalla Capitale e L'Avana Vecchia. L'edificio è vecchio e si trova al secondo piano. Ci sono 4 camere in affitto. Due sono nella parte anteriore dell'edificio e dispongono di balconi che si affacciano sul Malecon. Siamo stati con un'altra coppia e le nostre camere collegate tra di loro e siamo stati in grado di condividere l'uno più grande con la cucina e area comune. I nostri padroni di casa erano molto piacevole e la colazione era completa con i soliti pane fresco, fresca fatta succhi di frutta, frutta, formaggio e uova. E' stato un peccato che il tempo era tempestoso ma avevamo una fila di sedili per alcune delle vedute spettacolari delle onde che si infrangono sulle il seawall. Normalmente il Malecon è un luogo di ritrovo per gente di sera e abbiamo perso che. Nel complesso, delle 20 o così Casa Paticulars che abbia trovato in Cuba, questo lo classificherei nel quartiere superiore. La connessione Wifi è disponibile in tutto l'Hotel/Bar un isolato, in fondo alla strada.
