Il proprietario avrà 48 ore di tempo per accettare la tua richiesta.
Una volta che avrà accettato, la tua prenotazione sarà confermata automaticamente.
Politica di prenotazione:

Il turista effettua una richiesta di prenotazione in un determinato periodo.
Il proprietario riceverà automaticamente un' email e un SMS che indica il periodo della prenotazione.
Se il proprietario risponde all'SMS o all'email entro 48 ore, la prenotazione verrà confermata automaticamente.
Pagamenti e politica di rimborso:
Il turista nella fase di prenotazione, in aggiunta alla nostra commissione, pagherà un deposito cauzionale.
Quando il turista arriva in loco, pagherà al proprietario l'importo totale in contanti.
Appena abbiamo conferma che il turista ha pagato l'intero importo della prenotazione riceverà indietro l'importo cauzionale.
Se il turista per qualsiasi motivo non si presenta ed ha effettuato la cancellazione della prenotazione oltre i termini stabiliti dal proprietario, quest'ultimo riceverà tutta la cauzione già a noi depositata alla prenotazione.
Condizioni di cancellazione:
Salvo diversamente specificato le condizioni standard di cancellazione sono le seguenti:
Cancellazione entro 30 giorni, rimborso del 100%;
Annullamento entro 10 giorni rimborso del 50%;
Domande e risposte sulle richieste di prenotazione.

Naturalmente bisogna anche considerare che, essendoci 6 ore di differenza, se un cubano risponde di pomeriggio, in Italia finiamo per leggere la sua risposta il giorno dopo.
