Casa Particular is the cuban phrase for bed and breakfasts or private homestays, it comes from the fact that everything else (from hotels to industries) is owned by the goverment, i.e. it is not private.
Full independent rooms, with separate entrance, private bathrooms (hot running water), kitchennette, fridge, microwave, air conditioner, Color TV, etc.
Our relation quality price is one of the best that you will ever find, our rooms only cost $25.00 (CUC), per night.

Super accueil, une très bonne adresse à La Havane.\n2 chambres d'hôtes offrent toute l'indépendance possible grâce à leur entrée privée. Les propriétaires sont très sérieux et vous aideront dans tous les cas. Très bon prix, je recommande cette casa particular.
